Free tier

OstraMatch AI is currently free for the first 10,000 users. There is nothing to refund on the Founder Tier.

Paid plans (when launched)

For monthly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge if you have not consumed more than 50 credits in that period.

Email hello@ostramatch.ai from your account email. We respond within 3 business days.

Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback.
